Beginning with a warm oil Indian head massage and vetiver foot spa, 'shirodhara' consists of warmed organic black sesame oil poured onto the third eye center.  This gentle continuous stream of oil is then moved slowly across the forehead from side to side, offering a deep sense of relaxation as well as nourishment to the scalp and hair.
